When it comes to actors, one of my favorites of all time is Chris Farley. He was a great comedian/actor and his movies were hilarious. My favorite Chris Farley movie is definitely Tommy Boy. I have loved the movie since the first time I watched it.
Tommy Callahan just finished seven years of college and it was the best years of his life. Shortly after receiving a job at his father’s business, his father passes away. Tommy is on the verge of losing the only thing he has left in his life, his father’s business.
I think everyone can relate to this movie. It is so hard to lose someone in our lives. It happens in every family and it is heartbreaking. However, sometimes losing someone makes us work harder to keep things that were special to our loved ones, just like how Tommy is working his butt off to keep his dad’s business alive. It may be a long, tough battle, but working hard for something always pays off in the end.
I recommend this movie for every guy who has not seen it. The jokes and scenarios are hilarious. For instance, Tommy destroys Richard’s car by ripping off the door at a gas station and through other ways. This movie will have you cracking up the entire way through. Chris Farley was a great actor, not only did he keep everyone entertained, but he also would teach life lessons throughout the movie.
